A title company in Navarre is seeking a full-time Real Estate Title Closer to join their team. The Title company has been in operation since 1999 with locations in Pensacola and Navarre. The company culture is professional and friendly; apply today to join the market leader in Santa Rosa County.


You Enjoy:

*Direct communications with all parties to the transaction including buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders

*Translating the contract and title commitment into the required documentation to conduct the transaction

*Preparing HUDs and CDs for closing

*Preparing deeds, affidavits and other required documentation

*Ensuring all documents are executed correctly

* Managing scheduling and conducting closings 


You Are:

*Effective communicator both oral and written


*Accurate and Detail oriented


You Have:

*A minimum of one year of experience working as a real estate closer or closing assistant

*A high school diploma or GED

*Soft Pro experience preferred but not required

*1-3 years of Microsoft Office experience


Compensation and Schedule:

*Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

*Compensation is depending on experience ($15-20/hour +) 


Assignment Type:

*This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
