You Enjoy:

* Programming, troubleshooting, and repairs to PLC’s, VFD, other computer-controlled logic devices throughout the plant.

* Performing preventative maintenance on all aspects of plant infrastructure and equipment.

* Repairing and returning equipment to service status.

* Executing work plans for non-standard facilities work.

* Performing standard work supporting LEAN methodologies.

* Repairing electro-mechanical equipment using an analytical step-by-step process, standard maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.

* Participating in various technical and continuous improvement initiatives. Kaizen, LEAN.

* Participating in various EH&S and ergonomic assessments of assigned processes.

* Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities related to plant operations.

* Performing scheduled maintenance, repairs and general maintenance as needed in an industrial environment.

* Executing planned work assignments; perform duties with a minimum of direct supervision.

* Assisting team members when necessary in the general maintenance and operation of manufacturing processes, infrastructure, and grounds.

* Developing templates and other work aids to hold and align parts.

* Scoping materials and parts required to support equipment repairs and preventative maintenance efforts.

You Have:

* 2-Year A.S. Degree such as Industrial Maintenance Technology, Electrical / Electronic Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronic Technology, or comparable content degree program AND 2-Years of maintenance experience.

* OR  4 years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment performing facilities / equipment maintenance and/or electronic and mechanical troubleshooting/repairs.

* Demonstrated experience with PLC and VFD Programming Software Interface required.

* Must be willing to work emergency call-in repairs, holidays, weekends, and overtime on request and short notice.

* Must be comfortable working on elevated platforms and/or high places.

 

Compensation and Schedule:  

This position is full time and pays $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. 

Hours are Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekends.  6:00am – 2:30pm, 2:00am – 10:30pm or 10:00pm – 6:30am.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 12 months.
