Job Description

LandrumHR is seeking a Director of Workforce Management, Sales to be responsible for carrying out consultative sales strategies to increase business within WFM.   Check out the below description to see if it is right for you!

You Are:

You Have:

*3-5 years of experience in large account selling with a proven and sustained history of target achievement.

*Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience in staffing and/or workforce management industries

*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

*Demonstrated success selling to C-Suite and Senior Level Leadership

*Experience working with CRM technology

*The proven ability to close new business with Fortune 1000 and/or mid-market companies

*Excellent presentation skills

*The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization

*The ability to successfully manage buyer objections

*The ability to understand and utilize consultative selling techniques (previous training/certification a plus)

*The ability to display professionalism and ethics in selling situations, with direct reports and all company staff


Compesation and Stucture:

*Salary commensurate with experience.

*Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 but also as required to meet the needs of clients
