Job Description

LandrumHR is a leading HR service provider helping employers solve human capital challenges in areas such as staffing, payroll, benefits, risk management, search and consulting on talent strategy, organizational design, HR transformation and workforce planning and analytics.

The On-site HR Specialist II works on-site with a medical facility in Pensacola to represent LandrumHR.  The On-site HR Specialist will act as a liaison to support and ensure a superior client experience. Oversee and ensure that client and processes are followed, and communication is free flowing from client back to appropriate department.  Check out the below description to see if it is a fit for you!

You Enjoy:

*Functioning as a liaison with assigned client and online services department to ensure proper delivery channels are utilized, working to resolve items timely and efficiently.

*Utilizing various LandrumHR software platforms in a proficient manner, trouble shoot for on-site client and client employees as necessary.

*Maintaining basic, up-to-date  knowledge of general employment laws as it pertains to individual clients.

*Supporting client HR needs that may include assistance with reporting, FMLA, W2, VOE, drug testing, employment posters and background checks.

*Handling basic employee relations concerns and escalate to HR Business Partner as needed. 

*Meeting routinely with HR Business Partner assigned to client to ensure continuous communication flow.

*Participating in new hire employee orientations to ensure smooth transition.

*Assisting HR Business Partners with updating job descriptions for assigned on-site clients as needed.

*Following up with all client/employee requests to assure that uncovered customer needs and problems are properly communicated and resolved timely.

*Taking initiative to examine and redesign workflow to better utilize resources and promote process improvements.

*Capturing all client transactions and interactions in CRM system.

*Pro-actively monitoring client relationships and notifying respective HR Business Partner of any notable events.

*Becoming well-versed in LandrumHR service lines and providing information to clients as needed.

*Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service.


You Are:


*Enthusiastic about a postive customer experience


*Highly motivated


You Have:

*Associates degree and 4+ years of related HR/recruiting experience

*aPHR certification preferred

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills

*Excellent communication and customer service skills


Compensation and Schedule:


*Excellent benefits offered - medical, dental, eye, LTD, STD insurance; PTO, cell phone reimbursement; 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, etc.

*Monday - Friday - 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. (2 half days onsite at medical facility and remote other days)
