You Enjoy:

*Providing excellent customer service, while greeting or speaking with customers.

*Scanning, copying, and filing documents.

*Assisting with accounts receivable and payables as requested.

*Data Entry, and other administrative duties as requested

 

You Are:

*Organized and have an eye for detail.

*Familiar with Microsoft office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)

*Reliable, and self-intuitive with what needs to be done.

*Well-spoke, with a polite and courteous disposition.

 

You Have:

*High School Diploma, or GED equivalent.

*At least on year of prior office management experience preferred.

*Prior experience with Accounts receivable and payable is required.

 

Compensation and Schedule

*This position is Part-time and pays $20.00 per hour. 

*Hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
