hrQ is seeking a Consulting Solutions Director to join its thriving team in Atlanta, San Francisco, Denver, Austin, Dallas or Houston markets. Check out the below description and see if it is a fit for you!
*Developing and enhancing strategic business partnerships by building trust with our clients' key decision makers to drive client expansion.
*Managing relationships with prospect and client contacts and own the sales cycle. Understanding prospect challenges, goals and collaborate team to design and propose the best-fit solution to achieve business objectives.
*Proactively positioning our services to help clients stay ahead of emerging issues and trends.
*Expanding relationships with senior decision-makers in clients to drive expanded services.
*Achieving or exceeding annual sales quota by thoroughly identify and qualifying new sales opportunities from new and existing client relationships.
*Engaging existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and for upsells, and referrals.
*Following up to nurture relationships and moving opportunities through the sales stages.
*Articulating service specifics, value points and results while analyzing current challenges.
*Negotiating contract specifics and pricing.
*Writing and putting together project proposals and Statements of Work for presentation to prospects and clients in cooperation with our consultants.
*Working with the sales team on all aspects of the sales process to ensure the business is efficiently and effectively executed.
*Managing data ensuring all communications are tracked, the information in a database is clean and accurate with relevant documents attached.
*An excellent relationship builder
*Superb with interpersonal communication skills, especially where complex technical information must be conveyed
*Able to communicate with Executives and Professionals in a polished and professional demeanor
*Well organized with a knack for time management
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent
*Extensive prior experience in consultative and strategic sales.
*Experience with C-suite level relationships required. Existing network of C-level decision-makers preferred.
*Prior experience with Human Capital, Operations, and/or Process Consulting required.
COMPENSATION and SCHEDULE:
*Salary commensurate with experience.
*Full-time, Monday - Friday
