LandrumHR is seeking an Account Manager to join its growing team. The Account Manager develops strong trusting relationships with all PEO clients to ensure satisfaction with LandrumHR. Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expands the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. *Developing trusting relationships with a portfolio of PEO clients to ensure they do not turn to our competition.
*Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements both by working with the customer and working with LandrumHR’s internal teams.
*Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
*Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
*Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
*Developing a methodical system for calling on key accounts that prevents these accounts from feeling they are not receiving the time or attention they expect.
*Diligenting using of Salesforce for notes and record keeping
*Accurating and timely sales pipeline forecasting
*Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints in order to maintain trust.
*Generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships via referrals from key accounts.
*Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
*Workingwith on-site clients as needed.
*Great in a fast-paced enviroment
*Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in successful client relations/sales/key account experience is preferred.
*Proven experience in providing solutions based on customer needs.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*Proven ability in problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Compensation and Schedule:
*Salary commensurate with experience
*Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
