You Enjoy:
- Providing excellent customer service while responding to questions or concerns,
- Help to identify issues during business operations and notify supervisors accordingly.
- Maintain and ensure guides and brochures are fully stocked for traveler use.
- Collect airport carts from all locations on property to ensure they are readily available.
- Assist with special events, emergency protocols, and or weather related issues when necessary.
You Are:
- A real team player, with an intuitive with what needs to be done.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Well spoken with a polite and courteous disposition.
You Have:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 4 years of customer service experience
- A Valid Drivers License
- The ability to pass a TSA Security screening
Compensation and Schedule:
- This position is part-time and pays $10.00 per hour.
- The days for this position are dependent on the weekly schedule and the hours may vary based on day or evening shift.
Assignment Type:
This assignment is considered “Contract” and will be determined by the client’s needs.
