LandrumHR is seeking an Onsite HR Specialist to join its Workforce Management (WFM) Team at Jupiter Bach. The On-site HR Specialist maintains existing relationships with managers and Jupiter Bach staff as well as the rest of the LandrumHR’s on-site team. The On-site HR Specialist will also work closely with other remote LandrumHR Human Resources Specialists to ensure positions are staffed effectively and on-time. * Supporting the LandrumHR on-site Operations Leader in all employee personnel issues, coaching and counseling sessions, engagement projects and all other HR related activities.
*Meeting with Jupiter Bach Plant Manager and Production Managers regularly to assess staffing needs and production schedules to best forecast labor demand.
*Processing all Weekly payroll for LandrumHR employees on assignment at Jupiter Bach and communicate non-standard processing to WFS Payroll Team.
*Managing pay rate changes based on tenure and performance, request approvals from Jupiter Bach leadership and update ATS to reflect the new pay rate.
*Conducting a comprehensive new hire orientation/onboarding program for all new LandrumHR employees.
*Assisting with general administrative duties as required, such as safety reporting, t-shirt distribution, random drug screens, etc.
*Providing weekly order status updates as well as payroll and labor reports to client and LandrumHR leadership, as requested.
*Providing monthly reporting on all Key Performance Indicators and develop action plans to improve underperforming areas including overall recruitment statistics, hired versus interviewed, on-time order fulfillment and 1st day show up rates
*Providing Workforce Management Leadership Team with preparing and developing Quarterly Business Reviews for client and participate in the delivery of information in meetings
*Utilizing ATS to document employee matters such as coaching, counseling attendance, performance, safety and reasons for termination.
*Using SenseHQ software proficiently including implementing all employee communications, building workflows and tracking results.
* Adhering to safe work practices, instructions and rules and use best efforts to take reasonable care of the health and safety of others at the workplace.

*Great with time management
*Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college, preferred
*Experience in HR preferred
Compensation and Schedule:
*Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
