LandrumHR is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Manager who acts as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for clients; building relationships with employer/group clients, serving as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery.   Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!

 

You Enjoy:

 

*Managing and providing direction to the Benefits Account Specialist.

*Overseeing and providing administrative support including submission of bid specifications to carriers and vendors, and preparation of plan benefit and financial comparisons

*Overseeing and assisting in preparation of renewal and new business proposals, presentation materials and supporting documents

*Working within the LandrumHR and insurance carrier quoting systems for underwriting requirements, coverage and processes for all renewals and new sales

*Overseeing reviews, captures endorsements and processes policy changes; Audits for accuracy

*Proactively communicating with LandrumHR PEO clients and assist with employee meetings when necessary.

*Identifying and addressing any coverage gaps with client management team

*Assisting in the preparation of client communication materials including benefit summaries, PowerPoint presentations and any other communication materials

*Aiding group administrators and their employees regarding claims, eligibility, billing and plan administration advocacy and resolution

*Requesting, reviewing, coordinating updates and track client plan documents such as booklets, contracts, Form 5500’s, etc.

*Preparing experience and claims reports– oversight provided by Analytics

*Overseeing the reconciliation of client billing

*Adjusting the carrier systems as needed

*Providing general administrative support as requested

*Maintaining a current working knowledge of industry legislative and compliance issues including but not limited to ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, etc.

*Other duties as required by clients, business needs or assigned

You Have:

 

*Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

*Life and health insurance license required.

*5 to 7 years of account management experience in the insurance industry required.

*The ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.

*Effective customer service skills.

*A valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance (required)

 

Compensation and Schedule:

 

*Monday - Friday; 8:00 a. m. - 5:00 p. m.

*Salary commensurate with experience
