Job Description



A retirement consulting firm in Fort Walton Beach is in need of a Full-time SRA Receiver to join their team.  

 

Company Details:

The company’s culture can be described as fast paced and customer oriented. Their dress code is Business casual. This candidate will be working with a team in the record keeping department for a fast-paced call center. 

 

You Enjoy: 

* Answering calls from participants, agents, plan sponsors, and investment providers in regards to salary reduction agreement processing.

* Being responsible for data entry of employee information received via fax, email, and regular mail to include deduction amounts and investment providers with great attention to detail.

*Processing export of change files in numerous formats to employers used to update deductions in their payroll systems.

*Assisting processors with verification of accounts by contacting investment providers.

*Assisting processors with monitoring employee deductions to prevent excess of their maximum allowable contribution limit.

 

You Are: 

* A great listener that takes direction well

* A quick learner after being trained 

* Well-spoken

* Efficient 

* Spanish speaking is a plus

 

You Have:

* A High school diploma or GED

*The ability to use web-based applications and provide assistance with multiple payroll software systems.

*The ability to use Microsoft Office applications, FTP, WinZip.

*Basic finance and balancing abilities.

*A finance or banking background is preferred.

 

Compensation and Schedule:

* Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. 

*The training schedule is 8AM-5PM and after training, the schedule is 10AM-7PM.

* $13.00-$15.50/Hour, depending on experience.

Assignment Type:

* This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
