You Enjoy:

* Multi-tasking by answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate individual

* Maintaining reservations, room availability, and the conference room schedule

* Greeting guests with a friendly demeanor

* Operating a multi-line switchboard

* Handling check-ins and check-outs

* Taking payment and billing information properly 

* Maintaining a smooth registration process

* Answering customer questions and assessing their needs

* Filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing


You Are:

* Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition

* Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

* Passionate to help customers in any way

* Organized and have an eye for detail

* A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude


You Have:

* High school Diploma or GED

* Experience in front desk, 1-3 years of scheduling/reservations

* Ability to work in fast-paced environment

* Experience with Microsoft Excel

* CAM license is a plus


Compensation and Schedule:

This position is part-time and pays $13/hour

* Must have open availability, hours vary each week, weekends are required. 

* Morning shift is 7 am – 3 pm and Afternoon shift is 2 pm – 9 pm

* This position does come with growth opportunities


Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
