You Enjoy:

*Greeting and welcoming guest when they arrive at the office

*Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office

*Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls

*Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable

*Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

*Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries

*Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

*Ordering front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

*Updating calendars and schedule meetings

*Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

 

 

You Are:

*Experienced as an Administrative Assistant

*Comfortable on the computer, including Microsoft Office Suite

*Customer service oriented

*A team player

 

 

You Have:

*Hands-on experience with office equipment such as: fax machines, printers, etc.

*Professional attitude and appearance

*Solid written and verbal communication skills

*The ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

*Excellent organizational skills

*Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

*Customer service attitude

*High school diploma

 

 

Compensation and Schedule

*This position is full-time and pays $11/hour 

*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

 

Assignment Type:

*This assignment is considered Contract and is determined by the client’s needs. This position is considered long-term contract.
