Job Description

A law firm based out of Atlanta, GA is in need of a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant for their satellite office in Seagrove Beach, FL. Check out the description below to see if the position sounds like a great fit for you!


You Enjoy:

* Preparing affidavits or other documents, such as legal correspondence, and organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing system

* Assisting with billing and new client set up, filing documents into Net Docs, putting together and filing pleadings, and exhibits for deposition

* Multi-tasking by answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate individual

* Scheduling and maintaining client appointments

* Completing light paralegal duties

* Other duties may be assigned


You Are:

* Able to work with little to no supervision

* Honest and ethical

* Organized and have an eye for detail

* A great listener with a positive, cooperative attitude

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat as well as learn new software quickly.


You Have:

* An Associate’s Degree or equivalent

* Minimum 3 years of administrative experience

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite


Compensation and Schedule:

* This position is full-time and pays $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience

* Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

* Full benefits offered after probation period


Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
