A local legal office located in Downtown Pensacola is in need of a Real Estate Closing Assistant to join their team. Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!


You Enjoy:

* Ordering payoffs and municipal lien searches

* Communicating with lenders, buyers, and sellers

* Processing real estate closing documents in accordance with established policies and procedures

* Receive loan closing scheduling and notifying/recording the information

* Completing other administrative duties


You Are:

* Customer Service driven

* Able to work with minimal supervision

* Skilled on multi phone lines system 

* A team player


You Have:

* Excellent phone etiquette

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Able to multi-task

* Professional appearance/attitude

* Experience as in the position 


Compensation and Schedule:

* This position is full-time and pays $12.00/hr.

* Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


Assignment Type:

This position is considered "Contract-to-Direct," meaning you will remain on LandrumHR's payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto your payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
