You Enjoy:
* Analyzing data and makes recommendations for health and safety policy.
* Scheduling and assists with physical examinations; takes and records vital signs and other measurements; schedules and assists with diagnostic examinations.
* Assisting with the treatment of illness and minor injuries; maintains medical records.
* Planning, directing, and administering immunization and therapeutic inoculation programs; provides other medication.
* Cleaning and dressing wounds, burns, and other such injuries.
* Providing health education, and preventive medical services.
* Following up with employees that are hospitalized.
* Administering first aid and emergency medical treatment when necessary.
* Cleaning and maintaining clinic equipment and facilities.
* Giving routine administrative information and limited medical advice.
You Are:
* Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition
* Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done
* Organized and have an eye for detail
* A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude
You Have:
* Considerable knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
* Considerable knowledge of immunization, preventive, and therapeutic medical methods.
* Considerable knowledge of first aid and emergency medical treatment procedures.
* Considerable skill in the application of modern methods and practices utilized in clinic nursing.
* Skill in the use and care of pertinent supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* Ability to work with and for employees.
* Ability to exercise good judgment, objectively evaluates situations, and makes proper decisions.
* Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate medical service activities of a clinical nature.
* Ability to keep records and make reports.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public.
* Considerable skill in the application of modern methods and practices utilized in clinic nursing.
* Skill in the use and care of pertinent supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* FMLA and WC experience preferred
Compensation and Schedule:
* This position is full-time and pays $19/hour
* Hours are between business hours.
Assignment Type:
* This assignment is considered “Contract” and will be determined by the client’s needs.
