*Maintaining the information, as well as processing of multi-state payroll.
*Researching gratuities, tax filing, as well as other relative payroll and HR related deductions.
*Maintaining, managing, and completing unemployment claims as well as employment verifications.
*Creating, preparing, and maintaining payroll reports upon request.
*Balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies.
*Acting as a lead to assist site managers with payroll related functions.
*Providing training to management and other team members on time reporting policies and procedures.
*Developing resources to assist team members with training for time reporting and payroll related procedures.
*Completing other duties as requested by your supervisor.
*Organized and have an eye for detail.
*Well-spoken, with a polite and courteous disposition.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Able to work on a team, or independently as required.
*A Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience.
*5-7 years of experience in a Multi-state payroll and HR position.
*Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is Full-time and the pay will be dependent upon experience.
*Hours will be Monday through Friday during business hours. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
