LandrumHR is seeking a Communications Specialist – Workforce Solutions to be responsible for coordinating and implementing internal and external marketing communications for all LandrumHR Companies, with a focus on Workforce Solutions service lines. You Enjoy:

*Developing content (keeping SEO in mind) including: creating and publishing engaging content that will capture the attention of the target audience (clients/prospects/candidates/corporate employees)

*Analyzing content marketing metrics and adjust as needed

*Collaborating to create innovative content ideas that accomplish strategic objectives

*Editing, proofreading and polishing existing content to improve readability, keeping in mind reading levels of various audiences

*Being responsible for content distribution to online channels (blog, eblasts, SMS, etc.) to increase web traffic, leads, and candidate applications

*Developing and maintaining content calendar and lead related communication within the team

*Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention within the recruiting, staffing, and HR industries

*Creating content, implement campaigns, and manage social media platforms to increase engagement - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, SnapChat, YouTube, etc. for corporate accounts

*Pulling lists of clients and prospects; execute digital distribution of company communication to prospects, clients, candidates, and worksite employees

*Publishing content to candidates, clients, prospects, community partners, and referral sources

*Developing and executing campaigns for corporate promotion, launch of new services and online applications

*Assisting in the creation of flyers, presentations, email campaigns, social campaigns, signage, gifts, collateral, etc.

*Processing and coordinating sponsorships; necessary participation of company leaders or staff; providing; LandrumHR materials, assist with logistics if needed, etc.

*Developing external and internal community outreach initiatives and grass roots marketing strategies

*Assisting with creation and distribution/publication of press releases and media alerts; suggesting appropriate local media outlets for publication; maintain crisis management contact list, procedures and documentation

*Connecting and maintaining relationships with authors, reporters, media contacts, experts, community partners, and other stakeholders in the human resources industry to build relationships that will help with procuring opportunities, republishing original content, securing speaking opportunities, job fairs, etc.

*Procuring opportunities for LandrumHR colleagues to be quoted in, write articles for, or otherwise engage with industry specific publications, events, and organizations

*Coaching colleagues on giving quotes, writing articles, speaking appearances, video interviews, etc.

*Coordinating company events, seminars, webinars, job fairs, or other client/prospect/candidate related activities and organize them efficiently

*Coordinating audio and video shoots; create, review, and revise content to ensure engagement and ROI

*Creating pre/post event communication plan and execute it, including: surveys, emails, flyers, SMS texts, and other communication to attendees and potential attendees

*Maintaining events/training & development section of website, utilizing EventBrite, GoToWebinar, and other software in support of events

*Developing go-to-market strategies for attracting talent in new markets. This will include creation of a play book on market entry strategies along with SOPs

*Ensuring brand messages are consistent in all materials that cross the desk

You Have:

*Bachelor's Degree in public relations, communications, marketing, advertising or related field or five years of experience in the field

*Prior experience in high-volume staffing/recruiting marketing strongly preferred

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

 

Compensation and Schedule:

*Salary commensurate with experience

*Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
