You Enjoy:

*Multi-tasking by answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate individual

*Maintaining client appointments and the conference room schedule

*Coordinating appointments for staff members

*Performing Deliveries and Pickups as needed by the department.

*Recording and transcribing minutes for various meetings as needed

*Preparing various items for letters, memoranda and reports; maintains various records and reports

*Maintaining department bulletin boards.

*Assisting in preparing travel vouchers and scheduling reservations for departmental trave

*Submitting work orders and monitors progress.


You Are:

*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition

*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

*Organized with great attention to detail

*A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude

You Have:

*6 months office experience

*Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills

*High School Diploma or GED

*Typing speed of at least 35 wpm

*A valid driver’s license


Compensation and Schedule: 

*This position is full-time and pays $11.21 per hour. 

*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Assignment Type:

* This assignment is considered “Contract” and is expected to last 3-6 months.
