You Enjoy:

* Working cooperatively with staff and community partners in communicating the mission, services and goals of the organizations and the CI&R system.

* Ensuring compliance of contract standards and guidelines, both in-house and at the state level.

* Facilitating the initial intake with women/families that need services as deemed necessary through the company's screening process, self-referrals and/or community referrals.

* Explaining home visits. 

* Facilitating the self-referral process.

* Obtaining and facilitating the community referral process.

* Addressing grievances and questions with clients.

* Identifying and working to resolve local problems and enrollment barriers.

* Completing data entry of participant sensitive information.

* Accepting other duties as assigned.


You Are:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Quick learner on unfamiliar computer programs.

* Able to work flexible hours as needed.

* Able to work independently; self-directed and very motivated.

* Able to effectively communicate and retain confidential information.

* Able to multi-task.

* Able to be a team player with a positive attitude.

* Professional in appearance and demeanor.


You Have:

* An Associate Degree.

* 3 years of experience in social services, health care or related field; non-profit experience preferred.

* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license. 

* Bi-Lingual is a plus.


Compensation and Schedule:

* This position is part-time, 20 hours a week, and pays $11.60 per hour with eligibility of a pay advancement after probation period.  

* Required on occasion to work a Full-Time schedule, serving as back-up the Coordinated Intake and Referral Manager. 



This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
