You Enjoy:

*Providing excellent customer service to visitors as well as parents.

*Maintaining office calendars, as well as vacation schedules.

*Maintaining, ordering, and organizing office supplies as necessary.

*Maintaining, updating, and reconciling attendance and enrollment rosters.

*Scheduling and monitoring annual health screenings.

*Coordinating and scheduling events and activities of the facility.

*Complete other duties as needed.


You Are:

*Organized, with an eye for detail.

*Well spoken, with a polite and courteous demeanor.

*Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

*A team player, and self-motivated.

You Have:

*High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

*Prior administrative experience in an educational setting preferred.


Compensation and Schedule

*This position is Full-time and pays $12.00 per hour with potential for increase upon completion of contract. 

*Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-3:00PM.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
