A local company located in Pensacola is in need of a part-time Billing Associate to join their team.  Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!

 

You Enjoy:

*Processing incoming expert invoices

*Creating invoices for client billing

*Loading invoices and accruals/estimates into electronic billing portal

*Auditing rates and contracts for accuracy

*Updating billing instructions

*Communicating with experts regarding submitted invoices

*Assisting in the collection process

*Cross training to assist with incoming/outgoing payments when needed

*Completing other duties as needed

 

You Are:

*Possessing a strong, intuitive and numbers-focused skillset with sharp critical thinking skills

*Able to comprehend and produce accurate analytical data  

*Possessing excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

*Capable of working effectively under pressure while handling heavy workloads, multiple simultaneous projects, and time sensitive work constraints in a deadline driven environment

*Able to take initiative to move projects forward and identify opportunities for process improvements

*A self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to work closely with staff members at all levels of the organization in a cooperative, team-oriented manner

*Able to demonstrate high level of positive energy and drive

*Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality is critical for this position

 

You Have:

*Minimum of AA degree in Accounting required- Substitutions for degree requirement may be allowed with relevant experience

*Minimum of five (5) or more years of business office accounting experience

*Law/consulting firm accounting administration a plus

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) required

*Collections experience preferred

*Excellent typing and 10-key skills

*Intacct experience a plus

* Have strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Compensation and Schedule

*This position is part-time and pays $14-$17/hour. (20-30 hours a week) 

*Hours are business days, business hours

 

Assignment Type:

*This assignment is considered Contract and will be determined by the client’s needs.
