Job Description



A company that manufactures industry-leading technologies for aviators and mission systems operators around the world is in need of a full-time Quality Control Specialist to join their team in Gulf Breeze.  The primary responsibility of this position is to perform quality control analytical testing and analysis to ensure products are free of defects and produced according to internal specifications and standard operating procedures. *Conducting root cause analysis on non-conformances and variances

*Troubleshooting and repairing instrumentation and equipment

*Knowledgeable in various root cause analysis tools and methodologies

*Capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple and competing priorities

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

You Have:

*An Associate’s degree or higher in an engineering, technical, or related field

*One year of quality experience in aerospace, military defense, or manufacturing

*A strong technical background in electronics and/or mechanical systems-components

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*The ability to lift up to 50 pounds

*20/20 binocular vision (corrected) with the ability to perform work using a microscope for extended periods of time

Compensation and Schedule

*This position is full-time and pays $15.00 per hour 

*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
