You Enjoy:

*Maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

*Balancing subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

*Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

*Balancing general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

*Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

*Customer Service

*Coordinating volunteer events  

You Are:

*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition

*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

*Organized and have an eye for detail

*A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude

You Have:

*Admin/ Assistant Bookkeeping experience

*Degree in related in field or 3 -5 years of related job experience

*Several years of experience using QuickBooks

*An understanding of how to use Microsoft Office

Compensation and Schedule:  

*This position is part-time and pays $12/hr

*Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.-1:00p.m or 1:00p.m.-5:00 p.m

 Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered “Contract” and length of the assignment will be determined by the client’s needs.
