Job Description

A Multi-State Hotel Management Company in Miramar Beach needs a Bookkeeper/ Office Coordinator to join their team of growing employees.  Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!


You Enjoy:

* Performing accounts payable

* Performing data entry

* Performing bank reconciliations including credit card deposits, prepaid expenses and accrued experiences

* Compiling financial reports

* Ordering office supplies

* Operating 10-key calculators, computers, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents

* Other administrative duties as assigned


You Are:

* Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition

* Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

* Organized and have an eye for detail

* A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude

* Able to coordinate multiple priorities that often conflict

* Flexible and willing to assist where needed

* Professional

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines


You Have:

* 2+ years of Accounting experience, required

* 2+ years of Office Coordinator experience, required

* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and other accounting software packages)

* QuickBooks experience is a plus

* M3 Software experience, preferred


Compensation and Schedule:

* This position is full-time and pays $17 per hour.   

* Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, overtime and weekends may be required at month end to complete the necessary items



* Benefits are offered after converting to the client’s payroll


Assignment Type:

* This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
