A local Medical Practice in Pensacola is in need of a Full-time Medical Assist to join their team.  Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!

You Enjoy:

*Providing quality customer service to patients and visitors.

*Collecting patient vitals and conducting medical interviews.

*Document, and update patient files with necessary data.

*Performing procedures including but not limited to X-rays, injections, and Casting.

*Maintaining a sterile work environment, and office space.

*Completing patient phone calls and providing feedback to patients, physicians, and pharmacies.

*Completing other duties as requested.

You Are:

*Well-spoken, with a friend and courteous disposition.

*Organized, with an eye for detail.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Patient Management software.

*Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

*A team player, with a positive can-do attitude.

You Have:

*High School Diploma or equivalent, a college degree is preferred.

*Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

*Knowledge of Medical terminology, and healthcare field.

 

Compensation and Schedule

*This position is full-time and pays $13.00 to $16.00 per hour dependent upon experience. 

*Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30AM-5:30PM and Friday 7:30AM-12:30PM.

*Client provides opportunity for profit share, as well as paid healthcare benefits after 90 days of employment after completion of the initial contract period.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on LandrumHR's payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
