You Enjoy:

*Being Professional

*Communicating effectively using various communication methods such as phone, email, IM, etc.

*Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests.

*Processing customers’ orders and/or changes to orders.

*Updating customer information as required.

*Coordinating with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders

*Providing timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns.

*Partnering with the sales team to meet to exceed customer's service expectations.

*Maintaining up to date interdepartmental communication with or with-out supervision.

*Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

*Making productive use of idle time, assists others, and requests additional work when assignments are completed.

*Other duties may be assigned as needed.

*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

* Able to be Courteous in communication skills


*Detail Oriented



You Have:

       *A good attendance record

*Customer service experience.

*QuickBooks experience.

*Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Power Point) Experience

*Solid communication skills both written and verbal.

*Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

*Associates Degree or equivalent experience in similar role


Physical Requirements:

*Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

*Requires sitting at a computer for up to 8 hours a day.

*Work independently at a fast pace.


Compensation and Schedule:

*This position is full-time and pays $12 - $13 per hour

*Hours are Monday through Friday From 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Assignment Type:

*This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
