* Preparing and reconciliation of documentation, Expense reports, and receipts.
*Tracking and maintaining up to date reporting of Training, as wells as agreements.
*Assist with project and team member communications for day-to-day operations.
*Coordinating, maintaining, and transmitting communications for contract project activities.
*Other duties as assigned.
*Organized and have an eye for detail.
*Able to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Well spoken with a courteous disposition.
*Enthusiastic, with a positive can-do attitude.
*A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
*Previous experience with DOD/Federal Project Financials preferred but not required.
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is Full-Time and pays $14.90 per hour to start with potential for increase at contract end.
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
