You Enjoy:

*Managing Outlook Calendars, email accounts, and arranging International/Domestic Travel.

*Copying, Filing, preparing correspondence, letters, and reports

*Answer incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service..

*Completing other Administrative duties as requested.


You Are:

*Well spoken, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

*Organized, with an eye for detail.

*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

*Able to multi-task, while operating in a fast-paced environment.

You Have:

*High School Diploma, or equivalent.

*At least 1 year of Experience in an Administrative Assistant role.


Compensation and Schedule

*This position is Full-time, and pay is dependent upon experience. 

*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
