Job Description

You Enjoy:

* Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable

* Submitting payroll

* Ordering materials for upcoming jobs

* Shipping/Receiving and making sure necessary materials are ordered

* Completing Journal Entries

* Performing general administrative duties

* Checking on the status of active jobs

* Providing excellent customer service

* Other duties may be assigned


You Are:

* Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

* Organized and have an eye for detail

* Well spoken with a polite and courteous disposition

* A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude


You Have:

* A High School Diploma or equivalent

* 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience

* Experience with QuickBooks, required

* Experience with an internal project tracking software, preferred


Compensation and Schedule:

* This position is full-time and pays $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

* Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered “contract-to-direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum HR.
