*Producing and updating schedules as needed
*Creating purchase orders, change orders, and material orders
*Coordinate permitting and inspections
*Issuing change orders and communicating answers to all parties
*Reviewing daily logs and recaps from subcontractors
*Assisting with punch list management
*Coordinating repair services
*Maintaining both physical and electronic records
* A great communicator and well-spoken
*Highly motivated and Intuitive with what needs to be done
*A team player with a positive attitude
*High School Diploma or GED.
*Experience working admin in a construction environment
*The ability to work in a fast paced work environment and multi-task
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is full-time and pays $15.14/hr .
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
