A title insurance company in Navarre is seeking a full-time Closer or Closing Assistant to join their team. The Title company has been in operation since 1999 with locations in Pensacola and Navarre. *Direct communications with all parties to the transaction including buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
*Assembling the documents after the title closing
*Prepare title commitments
*Ensuring all documents are correct
*Working under a deadline
*Other administrative duties as assigned
*Effective communicator both oral and written
*Accurate and Detail oriented
*A minimum of one year of experience working as a closer or closing assistant, preferred
*A high school diploma or GED
*Soft Pro experience preferred but not required
*1-3 years of Microsoft Office experience
Compensation and Schedule:
*Hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
*This position is full-time and pays $13.00 - $14.00/hour based off of experience, pay increase possible after the time on LandrumHR’s payroll.
This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
