You Enjoy:

*Providing information to Grant Writer for all WRM regions

*Reviewing grant proposals to prepared by grant writer

*Providing follow-up reports as required in respective grant specifications

*Recommending and overseeing grant cultivation efforts of WRM staff members in all regions

*Ensuring grants are publicly promoted as required by grantor

*Providing material and overseeing editing of direct response material, coordinating with marketing and printing vendors, including, but not limited to mail, digital, and phone marketing

*Cross training with Data Entry Clerk for support and backup services

*Coordinating with printing vendors for mailings, donations acknowledgements, and other efforts related to database and development

*Maintaining contact and build professional relationships with printing and mailing companies

*Working with staff to create Major Donor and planned giving cultivation, programs, and events

*Ensuring WRM fundraising registrations are properly maintained  

*Exhibiting a working knowledge of the WRM donor data base

*Providing support services to Public Relations & Development Team

*Performing all reasonably related duties as assigned

You Are:

*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition

*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

*Organized and have an eye for detail

*A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude

You Have:

*Associates Degree or 4 years related experience

*Experience in administrative roles

*Proficiency with Microsoft Office

*The ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task

Compensation and Schedule

*This position is part-time and pays $13/hr. 

*25 hours a week

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
