*Providing general contract administration including coordination and compilation of contracts from set-up to project completion.
*Monitoring and ensuring conformity to standard contracting procedures and following instructions regarding particulars of contracting parties.
*Negotiating and amending contracts, as necessary, by communicating with clients.
*Entering and maintaining contact status information in the database.
*Maintaining sensitive records and files.
*Able to work in a team environment.
*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition.
*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done.
*Organized and have an eye for detail.
*A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude.
*BS/BA Degree is preferred.
*A minimum of 5 or more years of business and/or contracts experience working in or with professional services.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Proven competency in grammar and spelling, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Previous experience is preferred.
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is full-time and pays $15.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience.
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
*This assignment is considered “Contract” and will be determined by the client’s needs. This position does have the possibility of becoming permanent.
