*Welcoming visitors into the office.
*Answering the telephone and taking messages.
*Paging the salesmen and/or supervisors with orders.
*Receiving and forwarding employment applications and inquiries.
*Processing applicants for pre-employment screening.
*Preparing and processing all paperwork for new hires.
*Posting job openings company-wide.
*Being responsible for inventory of the office supplies.
*Maintaining daily attendance of employees.
*Calling TelSell customers daily for new orders.
*Ordering promotional products and merchandise, as requested.
*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition.
*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done.
*Organized and have an eye for detail.
*A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude.
*A High School Diploma or GED is required.
*6 months – 1 year+ of related experience and/or training is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Great communication skills.
*Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Data Entry skills.
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is full-time and pays $12.00-$14.00/hour, depending on experience.
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
