You Enjoy:

*Maintaining records of financial transactions by establishing accounts

*Posting transactions and ensuring legal requirements compliance

*Maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

*Balancing subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries

*Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries

*Balancing general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries

*Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.    


You Are:

*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done

*Organized and have an eye for detail

*A team player with a positive attitude

You Have:

*High School diploma or GED

*Experience working as a bookkeeper

*Experience working as a bookkeeper in a real estate environment is preferred

*Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Required)

*Proficiency with QuickBooks Pro (Required)


Compensation and Schedule

*This position is part-time and pays $18/hr 

*25 hours a week; Flexible schedule

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
