A fast-growing Pensacola based company that serves healthcare companies across the Southeast is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. You Enjoy:

*Collecting past due balances.

*Building relationships with the customer base.

*Applying payments to the customer accounts with accuracy.

*Monitoring accounts for delinquency.

*Creating and distributing aging reports internally to sales and the management team.

*Communicating and coordinating with Sales and the Service Team as needed for assistance with troubled accounts.

*Distributing customer invoices, statements, and other communications.

*Researching and resolving customer concerns regarding their account.

*Completing various clerical duties such as sorting mail, etc.

*Completing other accounting related duties, as assigned.

*A team player and able to interact easily with co-workers.

*A strong communicator with a courteous, yet firm disposition.  

*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done.

*Organized and have an eye for detail.

*A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude.

*Willing to work overtime as needed.

You Have:

*A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

*3-5+ years of previous business collections experience is required.  

*Previous accounts receivable experience is preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

*This position is full-time and pays $18-$20/Hour, depending on experience.  

*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and working overtime, when needed.

*Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Vacation and 401(k) plan with match is offered.


Assignment Type:


This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on LandrumHR’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through LandrumHR.
