*Creating financial transactions
*Generating financial reports
*Posting financial transactions to accounting journals
*Documenting customer invoice, cash receipts, and supplier invoices
*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done
*Organized and have an eye for detail
*Proficient with Quickbooks.
*A great listener with a positive attitude
*High School Diploma or GED
*Experience working as a bookkeeper
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is full-time and pays $13-16.00/hr, dependent on experience.
*Schedule may vary Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This assignment is considered Contract and will end when the project is completed.
