*Preparing tax packages
*Creating power of attorneys
*Setting up new client files
*Creating online tax transcript requests
*Library filing, resource materials
*Scanning client information
*Handling the supplies / Inventory control & shopping
*Assisting with archive scanning projects, preparing old files for scanning
*Assisting with all administrative special projects, reviewing, proofreading, cross-referencing
*Assisting with management reports
*Pulling IRS transcripts online
*Finalizing client packages, reviewing processing of other admin’s work
*Coordinating and Computer set up for CPE training classes
*Completing the data entry, spreadsheets, analytical projects
*Customer relations, client service, and hospitality attitude
*Familiar with phones, computer, copiers, scan machines
*Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, email, online calendars
*Willing to learn the online filing software
*Some QuickBooks or accounting knowledge would be helpful
*Attention to detail
*A professional appearance and demeanor
*This position is full-time and pays $14-$15/hr
*Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Possible overtime during tax season)
This assignment is considered “Contract” and is expected and will be determined by the client’s needs.
